Good Evening from Nairobi. We are experiencing rains in Nairobi btw and we give thanks! On my previous post, I covered Freddie Mcgregor landing in Nairobi and promised to share some images from his live performance in Kenya. Finally here we go. The concert happened yesterday in a rainy fashion and style. At first I thought Nairobians will not show up in numbers to enjoy their love for Reggae music. I was wrong, indeed very wrong. They came in numbers and they continued coming until the last act who was Freddie Mcgregor. I asked Freddie’s team why they didn’t come…

Busy Signal Live Concert in Nairobi

Born Glendale Goshia Gordon and stage name Busy Signal, we got to enjoy his performance live in Nairobi yesternight. Busy Signal has been a large part of the dancehall scene since 2003 and getting to attend his event will always be memorable. He was nicknamed Busy Signal by his friends because of the fact that he was constantly busy. I got hooked up into Busy’s world in 2008 when he released his album ‘Loaded‘ which had crazy songs like “whine pon de edge’. Busy has amazing music and i can mention over 20 songs that were and still a hit…
